Shipping policy

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Please allow up to 5 business days after your order has been placed for orders to be processed and shipped. During sales/campaigns please allow up to 6-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. Please verify that you have entered the correct address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Please contact us via email at customerservice@rosesgardenbeauty.com in order to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, after 1 day we will not be able to change the address and therefore you will be responsible for shipment to the wrong address.
